Ariel Atom

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Ariel Motors, the makers of the face-ripping Ariel Atom, announced a strictly limited edition tuned by Mugen. As you understand Mugen is Honda’s in-house tuner and that’s relevant becasue this version of the Atom is powered by Civic Type R’s K20Z 2.0 liter 270 hp engine.

Only 10 units of this specially lightened and stiffened Atom Mugen shall be made, and it’s set for unveiling on the 2011 Autosport International Motossport Show in Birmingham. The small print of it are yet to be revealed, but with the unique Atom being mental and the Atom V8 being insane, it is easy to rest assured this one too will probably be off the hook crazy!
