With the subsequent BMW 1 Series soon to be released, BMW desires to guarantee that as many get their hands on one as possible. Reports have it that BMW is developing other variants of the following generation 1 Series, along with the traditional hatchback and sedan versions, including a Gran Turismo version. The 1 Series GT could be in keeping with the following 1-Series and, just like the remainder of the model lineup, could be front-wheel drive.
The 1 Series GT shall be practical five-door version (it’s a glorified wagon) of the subsequent 1 Series and is predicted to launch in two years. We reported earlier that the present 1 Series models are expected to be renamed the two Series, leaving the 1-Series name for a good smaller BMW. The 1 (or 2) Series GT is not the primary GT from BMW — the automaker currently has a 5 Series GT and is scheduled to release a three Series GT.
